Art of the Day

Thursday, May 28, 2009

Well,

The end of the semester is drawing closer, and i have had such a great time learning new things about art, music and people! I have to go back to using next semester but i am hoping to keep up with the course because it has been one of the most positive experences i have had in a "school" enviroment!! The teachers are great and very approachable, i feel as though we are all learning from each other and i love that!! So thanks i guess, to everyone!

All The Little Things

sunshine, buterflys.
i see bright flowers everywhere
beauty, love and trust
is something i try hard to share
little smiles glow
whilst birds sing high on there wings
I love to find peace
In all these little things.

I checked out http://www.magpo.com/kidspoetry/playonline.cfm from Michelles Wikkie site and it was actually quite difficult heres what i came up with:

Good Morning Bloggers!

Well it's week 3 for me and i am enjoying the program immensely!!
Over the last couple of weeks we have been using different kinds of wool to create Felt Art (which is honestly like magic!) we have been creating avatars in the tech which is equally impressive! One of the best things is that there are so many Individuals in the program, with so many different skills and visions; i just love seeing what everyone comes up with! Ester (person running the felt class) wants to put our work an exhibition during the "Stretch Festival" held in Mandurah during May exciting stuff!! i hope everyone is getting as much out of this program as i am, beneficial on so many levels!

Thanks to all
